Cloud Engineer (TS Clearance required)

CLOUD SYSTEMS ENGINEER (TSSCI REQUIRED)Ramtec LLC & SSA LLC have a need for several Cloud Systems Engineers to support a Federal Program in Fairfax, VA. This is a direct-hire role with our client, a fast-growing Federal Integrator. An active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI (TSSCI) is required, will sponsor for CI Polygraph. CLOUD SYSTEMS ENGINEER (TSSCI REQUIRED) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for building and maintaining the cloud native system. Must readily adapt to changing requirements; keep up-to-date on emerging technologies; and be ready to help implement these new products and technologies to enhance the system.TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:Experience with Linux (Red Hat and CentOS desired)Enterprise Service - Active Directory, LDAP, DNSSystem security, hardening, and accreditation (e.g. DCID 63, ICD-503)Automated OS and cloud infrastructure installationCloud virtualizationConfiguration and use of - nat, dns, ldap, nis, nfs, iptables, free ipaSystem performance monitoring, and tuningPerforming, monitoring, and designing system backup plansCreate, debug, and enhance scripts (e.g. bash, csh, Perl, ruby, python, expect)Automate repetitive tasksBasic knowledge of switching, routing, IP addressing, and networksExperience with multicastTrain others on system maintenance dutiesSource code control systems, both use and administration (cvs, subversion, git)Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Gluster, CephRamtec, SSA and it's clients are Equal Opportunity Affirmative Action employers.
