Senior Investor Relations Associate

a privately held alternative asset manager, PE and Credit fund with over $10 billion in AUM is looking for a senior investor relations professional. RESPONSIBILITIESINCLUDE:ï‚· Manage investor information and maintain meetinginvestor briefs and call notes ï‚· Formulate responses and complete ongoing LP inquiries.o Compile timely and accurate client deliverables including DDQs, RFPs and various ad-hoc investor requests.ï‚· Produce materials for LPs including quarterly reports, marketing presentations, performance updatesï‚· In preparation for fundraising, assist in drafting fundraising materials including PPM, marketing presentation, due diligence questionnaires, etc.ï‚· Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the internal BDCM team as well as existing and prospective LPs. REQUIREMENTS:ï‚· 4+ years of relevant experience.ï‚· Self-motivated individual with meticulous attention to detail, positive attitude, and a pro-active approach to work.ï‚· Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
