Reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information.Qualifications required:Bachelor's degree in finance or related field; or equivalent work experienceKnowledge of banking systems including primary database and online systemsMinimum of 3 year's experience in a commercial lending environmentStrong computer skills (MS Office, etc.)High degree of attention to detail and ability to multitaskFlexible approach to new assignmentsNotary Public (or the ability to become one)Essential functions and responsibilities:Valid Driver's LicenseProvides service support to commercial loan officers by assisting with all client servicing needsPerforms diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support functionsServices internal and external customers with excellent customer service which includes answering customer queries and completing administrative work to process loan and deposit requests for all client's accountsSupport the sales process and development prospecting of commercial loan officersProvides information to document prep unit around loan closings and related documentation activitiesFacilitates and occasionally attends loan closings. Performs role of backup relationship manager.
