Facilities Manager - Capital ProjectsLocation: Remote (Central or Eastern Time Zone Preferred)Duration: ~12 months (with possible extensions)Hours: Vary week to weekTravel: Minimal (up to 5 trips as needed)Client: Global, Top 20 CompanyJob Overview:We are looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee upcoming capital projects and office build-outs over the next ~12 months. This role requires someone with experience managing multiple projects across multiple locations simultaneously, particularly in facilities, property management, or construction.Key Responsibilities:5+ Years of experience in the following:· Manage and oversee capital projects and office build-outs from planning through completion.· Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure projects stay on track.· Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources for multiple projects at different locations.· Ensure all projects comply with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.· Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.· Travel as needed (up to 5 trips) to project sites for inspections or coordination.Qualifications:· Experience in facilities management, property management, or construction.· Proven ability to manage multiple projects across different locations.· Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.· Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.· Ability to adapt to fluctuating work hours as project demands change.This is a great opportunity to work with a global, industry-leading company on impactful projects.
