Road/Heavy Highway Construction Project Manager

Excellere Construction, LLC is a fast-growing company that specializes in the construction of road improvement projects and multi-use trails. Excellere executes infrastructure projects for Cities, Counties, and GDOT.We are seeking an experienced Road ImprovementHeavy Highway Construction project manager. This person will work under the supervision of a Georgia registered Professional Engineer, PE.Our Ideal candidate will possess: Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering (MANDATORY) Over 5 years of experience managing road infrastructure projects Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD Ability to read and interpret construction documents and drawings Good interpersonal and written communication skills Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills Must be detail-oriented, organized and can meet stringent deadlines Bilingual (EnglishSpanish) is a plusDuties: Plan all construction operations Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality control Coordinateschedule sub-contractors Purchasing construction materials Prepare subcontractor agreement for sub-contractors Prepare submittals Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines Prepare Request for Information as needed Prepare pay applicationsinvoices Review and approved invoices from subcontractors and suppliersThis is a full-time position.
