Pick the closest location to you and apply today!Position Overview:The Coatings Performance Specialist supports coatings products at a specific account site by measuring, monitoring, charting, reporting, and analyzing key product and process characteristics. This role enhances customer satisfaction by providing comprehensive coatings field analysis, technical support, and problem resolution.This position is designed to nurture talent within the technical service organization, creating opportunities for growth and future roles within the company.Key Responsibilities:Measure, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators for coatings products.Provide field analysis and support problem investigation and resolution.Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Prepare and deliver reports on coatings performance.Support product improvement initiatives to meet customer performance expectations.Minimum Qualifications:US Citizenship or Green Card Holder (W2 candidates only).Students or graduates in Chemistry or Engineering.Strong interpersonal skills and mechanical aptitude.Familiarity with quality systems concepts and basic IT tools (e.g., MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Physically capable of standing for long periods of time.Available for rotating shifts, weekends, and limited travel as required.Preferred Skills:Proficiency in problem-solving and root cause analysis.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Why Join Stefanini?Stefanini takes pride in hiring top talent and providing opportunities for professional growth.
