Job Title: Central Operations Service Representative IIILocation: Santa RosaRoseville, CAJob Type: Full-timePosition Overview:We are looking for a Central Operations Service Representative III to support all areas of the Central Operations department. This role requires a highly skilled individual who can perform and oversee various operational duties, maintain compliance with banking regulations, and ensure the smooth operation of the department.Key Responsibilities:Operational Support: Perform a wide range of Central Operations duties including processing Regulation E claims, merchant disputes, cash ordering, and handling ATM balancing. Oversee legal processes, including Levies and Subpoenas.Client and Internal Service: Provide exemplary client service, acting as a point of escalation for complex issues. Offer support via phone and direct contact, ensuring a professional bank image is pliance and Procedures: Ensure adherence to all Bank policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations. Responsible for writing and updating operational procedures to maintain compliance.Project Management: Handle special projects as assigned by the Central Operations Manager. Prepare reports for management and audits, contributing to continuous improvement in operational processes.Training and Development: Conduct training sessions within the department to enhance team skills and knowledge. Serve as a primary backup and provide support in staff absences or high-volume situations.Risk and Issue Resolution: Respond to and resolve moderately complex operational issues for both internal and external customers. Maintain detailed attention to minimize risk and support operational integrity.Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of Central Operations experience in a bank or credit union, with a thorough understanding of technical operational areas such as ACH, wire transfers, and remote deposit capture.Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a strong capability with 10-key operations.Professional Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
