Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance within a CNC machining environment, with specific expertise in ISO and AS9100 standards, root cause analysis, and various inspection systems. This role requires a highly detail oriented, independent and self-motivated individual who is committed to maintaining and improving our quality standards. Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance processes and procedures in compliance with ISO and AS9100 standards.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues.Utilize Keyence vision systems and optical comparators for detailed inspections.Perform measurements using hand measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.Create and maintain First Article Inspection (FAI) reports and other inspection documentation.Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address and resolve quality-related issues.Train and mentor quality assurance staff on best practices and procedures.Prepare and present quality reports to management. Qualifications:Proven experience in a quality assurance role within a CNC machining environment.Strong knowledge of ISO and AS9100 standards.Proficient in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.Experience with Keyence vision systems and optical comparators.Skilled in using hand measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).Experience in creating and maintaining FAI and other inspection reports.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal dependent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
