We exercise a disciplined strategy rooted in fundamental analysis, seeking to acquire businesses at a discount to their intrinsic value that can compound earnings over time.ResponsibilitiesPartner with advisory teams to manage client relationships: conduct portfolio reviews, develop financial plans, research personal finance topics, and monitor portfolios.Participate in business development: identify and pursue new business opportunities, leverage existing relationships and networks, and attend events and conferences.Provide excellent client service: develop and maintain strong client relationships, proactively identify opportunities to provide value, and serve as a trusted partner.Foster a client-centric culture within the team: emphasize the importance of collaboration, innovation, client-centricity, and building strong relationships.Collaborate with colleagues on large projects: identify opportunities to enhance processes, create efficiencies, and deliver greater value to clients.Participate in administrative requests: lead processes throughout the client lifecycle including prospecting, onboarding, account maintenance, and other financial events.Maintain client databases and utilize workflows: leverage advanced financial tools and technology platforms to streamline processes and better serve clients.Collaborate with internal and external partners: stay informed about industry developments, evolving financial products and services, communicate with custodians and accountants, and share insights and expertise with clients and the team.QualificationsPlease note that we are open to hiring at different levels and will adjust the internal title and responsibilities depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Below are the minimum requirements all candidates must meet. Relevant certifications (e.g., Series 7, 63, 65), CFP, CFA, CPA, or advanced degree (MBA, JD).Three or more years of relevant experience in wealth management, financial planning, or finance-related industries.Self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence others, translating prior knowledge and experience into productive relationships internally and externally.Project management and organizational abilities, proficiency at prioritization, the ability to manage multiple projects, and the ability to operate under tight deadlines.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, client relationship management systems, and financial custodial pensation and BenefitsSalary + Bonus + Retirement Contribution: $150K-$275K depending on internal hiring level.100% employee premium healthcare coverage.Continued learning reimbursement.The position is in-person Monday through Friday at our VailAvon office.Please reach out to with any questions.Note: In compliance with industry standards, candidates will be subject to a background, criminal, and credit check before hiring.
