You exude positive energy, are impeccably organized, and possess a collaborative, team-first mentality.What You'll Bring:Experience: Previous administrative support experience in a professional office environmentTech Savvy: Comfortable with office and CRM software (e.g., Wealthbox, Salesforce, Redtail, DocuSign, etc.) and proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Communication Skills: You excel at both written and verbal communication, ensuring clear, professional interactions with clients, stakeholders, and internal teamsAttention to Detail: A knack for spotting the little things that make a big differenceTime Management: A true master of prioritization, always staying ahead of deadlines in a fast-paced environmentRole Highlights: As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our CEO and driving the success of our business operations.
