Wellesley Asset Management Associate Relationship Manager - Private Client Group Wellesley Asset Management is seeking a motivated Associate Relationship Manager to join our growing Registered Investment Advisor. Wellesley Asset Management, Inc. is an independent, registered investment advisory firm dedicated to navigating market volatility. Utilizing principal protected asset allocation strategies, Wellesley offers many different types of investors a non-traditional approach to achieving return while seeking to mitigate risk.The Associate Relationship Manager role serves as one of our clients' communication points of contact. The Associate Relationship Manager performs a wide variety of high-priority tasks including the preparation of client materials such as financial plans, contracts, and custodial paperwork. They are also responsible for preparing client reviews, preparing statistical charts and other financial analyses. This position supports the Financial Advisor in all aspects of the client relationship, including attending and participating in client meetings. Qualities and skills required · Knowledge of industry platforms, , Tamarac, MoneyGuidePro, Fidelity WealthScape and Charles Schwab · Positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong work ethic with a high level of integrity.· Ability to work within a team, and independently· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailResponsibilities· Act with integrity and respect in all situations· Cultivate and grow existing client relationships· Assist with marketing efforts and plan client events· Prioritize daily work, track progress of projects and deadlines, answer calls, take messages and schedule appointments· Demonstrate initiative and desire to increase knowledge of rules, regulations and conceptsQualifications · Undergraduate degree required· 2+ years of relevant experience working within client services andor advisory; preferably with a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), investment management firm or brokerdealer· Experience handling difficult clients or situations and can demonstrate successful outcomes or resolutions· Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong time management and prioritization skills· Able to interface and articulate well with all levels of employees, management and clients in a highly professional, timely and friendly manner· Active FINRA Series 65 preferred but will be required within 90 daysWe offer:A highly competitive compensation package, health, 401(k), long-term disability, and life insuranceA friendly, professional and fast-moving environmentWe are conveniently located in Portsmouth, NH.
