This position requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in the financial services industry. The role involves working closely with Senior Financial Advisors to learn how to provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to high-net-worth clients. This role will also provide an opportunity to gain valuable experience in operational back-office procedures, fostering a well-rounded understanding of the wealth management process.Role and Responsibilities:Client Service:Assist Senior Advisors in preparing for client meetings, including gathering data, conducting research, and preparing presentations.Participate in client meetings as needed, observing client interactions and learning best practices.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Financial Planning & Analysis:Conduct basic financial planning analyses, including cash flow modeling, retirement planning, and estate planning.Assist in the preparation of financial plans and investment proposals.Research and analyze investment options, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and other asset classes.Monitor client portfolios and prepare performance reports.Administrative Support:Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.Prepare and maintain various administrative documents, such as client correspondence and meeting minutes.Professional Development:Actively pursue professional development opportunities, including industry certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA).Stay informed of industry trends and regulatory changes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in the financial services industry preferred.Strong interest in financial planning and investment management.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience with E-Money, Orion, Schwab and Salesforce a plusProficient in MS Excel
