Our client, a healthcare consulting firm, is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager for a direct hire role in Milton, GA.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience: 2+ years of account management experience with a health insurance brokerage firm, self-funded health plan experience and knowledge is highly preferred. Secondly, 2-3 years of HR Generalist experience with hands on benefits experience.Experience working with mid-sized to large employee groups ranging from 100-25,000.Manage the annual renewal cycle including:Manage annual calendar deliverablesEvaluating carrier proposalsProviding Monthly reportingDeveloping and leadingfacilitating Open Enrollment meetingsExperience servicing a variety of employee benefits accounts (Medical, Dental, STD, LTD, Vision, COBRA, HSA, FSA).Passionate about providing exceptional service to clients. Ability to develop strong client relationships, answer questions pertaining to their policies, quickly resolve any current or outstanding issues with TPA and PBM partners and be highly responsive.Answer benefits questions quickly and accurately.Manage enrollments and renewals effectively and efficiently.Update new hires and terminations with carriers when needed and with the proper documentation and accuracy.Highly process driven and detail oriented with strong organizational skills.Work with a strategic team in a collaborative environment with a "team over self" approach.Visit clients as needed to conduct meetings, site visits, enrollments - approximately 10% travel, typically within Georgia.Technical requirements:MS Office experience: Outlook, Intermediate to Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, ability to sort data sets), Word, Intermediate Power Point (develop enhance presentations), MS Publisher experience is a plus.Education:4-year degree preferred.Equivalent industry experience acceptable.Base Salary $55,000-$70,000. Final determination of salary will be based on an evaluation of experience, education, budget, etc.
