Position Overview:The Assistant Project Manager (APM) will support the Project Manager in the successful execution of multifamily and commercial TI construction projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of construction processes, and the ability to coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.Key Responsibilities:Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation to ensure smooth project execution.Work closely with the Project Manager, field teams, and subcontractors to track project progress and address any challenges.Support the bidding, procurement, and subcontractor selection process.Help prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project reports.Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, quality, and safety municate with owners, architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure alignment on project goals.Ensure adherence to local building codes, contract requirements, and company quality standards.Assist in the closeout process, including punch lists, as-built documentation, and final inspections.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on multifamily ground-up and TI projects.Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, contracts, and cost control.Experience working with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar project management software.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).What We Offer:Competitive salary ($100,000 - $115,000) + performance-based bonusesComprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k)Career development and growth opportunitiesA supportive and collaborative work environment
