Insurance Producer

Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a global insurance brokerage in their search for a Producer. This is a business to business sales role seeking individuals who are comfortable cold calling and developing new relationships. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint. Details: Hybrid position based out of Wisconsin (option of 3 offices: Waukesha, Waunakee, or Wausau)Pay is 70K base pay with uncapped commission and incentives Enjoy the support of a team environment with like-minded sales professionals Responsibilities include:Generating and pursuing new client opportunitiesPresenting services and solutions to potential clients ensuring clients are educated on the value and offerings of the companyClosing new business deals; retaining clients by fostering strong business relationshipsDeveloping new clients through referrals or cold callingAssisting in client contracting and necessary paperwork; maintaining accurate client records and regulatory updatesEnsuring clients receive the optimal coverage, including quoting and follow-upProviding technical support and product education to clientsCollaborating with your team to meet sales targetsMaintaining industry memberships and licensesStaying up to date on the company's core business partners and their productsParticipating in ongoing education to expand industry knowledge Requirements include:3+ years of business to business sales experienceConfidence in cold calling and sales techniquesExperience selling to a specific industry is a plus!Must obtain the appropriate state licensing within 90 days of hireAbility to perform under pressure and meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office SuitePrevious insurance experience is advantageousA team player with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
