Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Application Engineer located in Wilsonville, OR. The Customer Application Engineer is a key customer facing role that will require the followingInterfacing with customers on Quoting new opportunitiesCreating Bill of Materials (manufacturing steps based on Production Manufacturing team feedback)Providing Design for Manufacturing feedback to customer in collaboration with Manufacturing Production leadershipWork with Customer Support team to accept New OrdersLoad planning to ensure On Time Delivery of OrdersResearch surface Finishing vendors, take on one off engineering projects for meeting customer requirements in house or through vendorsQualificationsBachelors Degree in Engineering or related fields. Masters in Engineering also encouraged to applyIndependently able to research and solve engineering questions concernsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
