This is a unique opportunity to influence both product strategy and be involved in the full cycle of product development - all the way from ideation, prototype, user feedback to actually building the product to impact millions of engineers across the world. Our goal is to build a best in class encryption API solution that spans across different verticalssolving data security needs for all engineers. Imagine building a product for engineers just like yourself that are trying to protect their sensitive data while using cutting edge tools! This is the first engineering role in the USA - so you get to be part of building the team from the ground up!Minimum Qualifications : Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience 5 years of direct programming experience using one or more programming languages like Java,Go,  C++, python,etc 3+ years in technical leadership role with direct management experience Prior experience working with laravel framework and PHP is a plus Seasoned technical systems architect implementing complex backend systems  Experience contributing to open source projects and working with open source communitiesExperience working on security related projects and compliant industries a strong plus Strong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent communication skillsExperience working on complex back end projects Ability to work across a globally distributed teamExperience managing near shore and off shore resources to execute and deliver in a timely mannerPlease note, due to security clearance needs, we do NOT sponsor visas and will ONLY consider candidates who are US Citizens.
