Position Overview:As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in our strategic FP&A cycle, sales and profitability reporting, and administering key aspects of our sales incentive program. You will be responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and providing actionable insights to optimize sales and profitability while managing sales department compensation plans. Your expertise will directly contribute to the company's business intelligence infrastructure, enabling more informed decision-making across departments.Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):Lead the annual budgeting process with G&G Leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure alignment with corporate strategy.Develop and maintain financial forecasts, tracking deviations from actual performance, and providing explanations and recommendations to leadership.Perform variance analysis on key financial metrics, including sales and profitability, to identify opportunities for cost control and revenue generation.Provide strategic insights to the executive team by developing financial models and scenario analysis to guide decision-making.Sales & Profitability Reporting:Lead the development, preparation, and presentation of weekly sales and profitability reports distribution. Oversee the Power B.I. workspace that provides organization with self service reporting.Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks to inform business decisions.Partner with sales and leadership teams to optimize sales strategies, improving profitability and performance.Monitor and track sales performance against key metrics and targets, providing actionable insights.Sales Bonus Reporting Administration:Administer and manage the process for calculating and distributing sales bonuses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Collaborate with HR and Sales departments to ensure alignment between sales targets, performance, and compensation plans.Identify opportunities for process improvements related to bonus structures and reporting systems.Business Intelligence Enhancement:Work closely with IT and other stakeholders to enhance and refine the company's business intelligence tools and systems.Identify gaps in current reporting processes and provide solutions to streamline and automate reporting workflows.Provide input into the design and implementation of dashboards and other business intelligence solutions to improve decision-making.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Act as a key partner for Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, providing financial insights and recommendations.Support the Finance team with ad hoc analysis and reporting to guide strategic initiatives and business planning.Continuous Improvement:Drive process improvements in financial reporting and bonus administration to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Stay current on industry best practices and technological advancements in business intelligence to ensure continuous evolution of reporting capabilities.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree or CPA designation a plus).Experience:3+ years of experience in a FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Public Accounting role. Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.Proven experience administering bonus structures and compensation plans.Strong experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.Expertise in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power B.I.) and financial reporting systems.Technical Skills:Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.).Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, SAP) is a plus.Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.High attention to detail and organizational skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to access all areas of the facility.This position is required to work onsite.
