We are seeking proactive, professional candidates who are ready to support senior leadership and make an impact immediately.Location: Fully Onsite in Irvine, CAJob Type: Temp-To-Hire (Transition to permanent after 4 months)Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMRole Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the executive team of a dynamic manufacturing company. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimizing the executives' time, enhancing productivity, and ensuring seamless communication and coordination across departments. Your role will involve handling complex scheduling, preparing high-level communications, and facilitating important business processes within the organization.Key Responsibilities:Manage the calendars of senior executives, scheduling high-level meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.Draft, proofread, and edit important correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents for executive review, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.Prepare and distribute agendas for executive meetings, take meeting minutes, and track follow-up actions to ensure completion of key anize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, itineraries, and expense reports for the executive team.Assist with strategic initiatives and special projects, working directly with senior leadership to facilitate execution and timely deliverables.Act as a point of contact between executives and internalexternal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and ensuring smooth communication.Handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism, ensuring confidentiality in all anize executive events, team-building activities, and conferences, coordinating logistics and managing event details.Support executive needs in various departments, collaborating with key teams like operations, production, and supply chain to ensure business continuity.Proactively identify areas for improvement in office operations and suggest solutions to streamline processes.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred but not required.Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and familiarity with project management tools.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and complex schedules in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with senior leadership and external partners.Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other departments.Why Join Us?Join a leading manufacturing company recognized for its industry leadership and innovation.Work directly with senior leadership, contributing to the success of the company.Enjoy a collaborative and dynamic work environment where your contributions are valued.Opportunity to transition to a permanent position with potential for career growth and advancement.Immediate availability is required.
