This person will manage 3-4 projects at a time, overseeing budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning. They will also manage day to day reporting. They will need to be largely self-motivated. This person will also have some hand in local business development, and collaborate with the rest of the Arlington office on current initiatives. Lastly, this role will include frequent presentation at local conferences to clients, about projects. This role will require a hybrid schedule, with the ability to go into the Arlington office 2-3 daysweek.
