Senior Sales Representative

Job Title: Senior Sales RepresentativeOnsite: Coldwater, MISalary Range: $75,000 to $120,000Job DescriptionFor this position, we view this as a salary-only position. Customers will call in orders and the person in this position will go through our inventory and select the material to meet the customers' orders.The Role:As the Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers throughout the US, generating new leads, and promoting Client's products.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying sales opportunities, traveling to customers, negotiating and closing deals, collaborating with the Production team as well as Managing Support Staff to ensure customer satisfaction.QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.3+ years of experience in wood veneerwood products sales or a customer service role in the wood productsforestry industry.Demonstrated ability to identify and close sales opportunities, negotiate and manage contracts, and build strong customer relationships.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Ability to travel as needed.Spanish language a plus.Must Have: Wood Veneer Purchasing or Sales ExperienceGood to have: Currently working for a wood veneer companyPay Range: $75,000 to $120,000 yearlyThe specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
