This position regularly interacts with project managers, project engineers and company operations leaders.RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Site Quality Inspector, you will:Responsible for inspecting all site welds and ensuring compliance with governing guidelinesStop and report all unsafe conditions and actsUnderstand the governing construction codesUnderstand the inspection and test plan requirements applicable to the work scopeEnsure welders are qualified for the welding being performedInspect the welds, assigns numbers for the weld map, create weld logsPreform all aspects of Hydro-test and Turnover Package maintenanceUtilize punch lists to identify incomplete items and present to supervisionCompile all appropriate documents int the turnover packageREQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 2 years professional experience with piping inspectionMUST have quality experience in the pharmaceutical industryCertified Welding Inspector with AWS or ASNT VT Level IIKnowledge of ASME codes and applicationsAbility to work productively with a diverse teamAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a constantly changing environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel, WORD, Outlook, and technical aptitude to learn new systemsBENEFITSCompetitive Pay with BonusPTO and paid holidays401KProfit Sharing with company matchMedical, Dental and Vision InsuranceLife, AD&D and Disability benefitsPet InsuranceTuition ReimbursementPaid Volunteer Time OffABOUT USBMWC tackles the world's toughest and most daunting industrial construction challenges.
