Hillside Floor: 2 Building: 3   General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds -26 Number of Staff - 112 Type of staff: Day Shift - 1 CNC(TL), 14 nurses, 2-3 ST, 2 unit clerks Night Shift - 1 CNC(TL),, 12 nurses, 2 ST, 1 unit clerk Patient Ratios - 1:1 high risk labor&c-sections; 1:2 antepartum, PPROM, PTL on mag, PP on mag;  1:3 PP mag no baby, Out patients Type of equipment - Alaris pumps, PCA pumps, Monica Novii telemetry, CPN(GE) monitor EMR - CPN gold, Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for:  (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)   Must have :  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Labor and delivery experience at least 2 years Circulate C-sections Preferred or nice to have :  candidates with these skills will be considered first.  Labor and delivery experience more than 2 years  High risk LDR experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s):     C-sections, Inductions, AROM, IUPC, DFM, Doppler   Best personality Fit: Hard working  Flexible Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
