MAU is hiring an Operations Coordinator for our client in Covington, GA. As an Operations Coordinator, you will manage operational and logistical tasks, coordinate interviews, handle financial processes, streamline workflows, ensure compliance with regulations, collaborate with teams and external partners, and support the development of process documentation and status reporting to drive efficiency and achieve operational goals. This is a direct-hire opportunity.Benefits Package:401k matchingLife insuranceHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceShort term disabilityLong term disabilityPaid time offGeneral Requirements:3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations coordinator roleProven background in product development or a manufacturing environmentExceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities effectivelyStrong collaborative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationshipsComfortable working with individuals at all levels, from executives to techniciansProficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other relevant softwarePreferred Requirements:Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in an administrative rolePrior experience in a manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with Confluence and JIRA for project management and collaborationEssential Functions:Oversee operational and logistical tasks as directed by Operations leadershipCoordinate and schedule interviews for full-time and contractor rolesServe as a liaison between Archer and external agencies, ensuring clear and timely communicationAssist with financial responsibilities, including purchase order creation, invoice processing, and expense report managementIdentify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows and improve team efficiencyEnsure compliance with all federal, state, local business laws, regulations, and company policiesMeet timelines and support aggressive project milestone deadlines to maintain operational goalsCollaborate with vendors, service providers, and Archer's facilities team to address and fulfill facilities needsDevelop process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Manufacturing Operations as directed by managementPrepare and deliver status reports to department heads and management to support decision-makingMAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
