Duties of Project Manager• Manage the completion projectso Pre-construction planningo Labor and equipment schedulingo Organization of small tools, safety and supplieso Approval of major project purchaseso Coordinate material and equipment needs - both internally and externallyo Daily progress managemento Change managemento Arrange fuel for project needs• Participate in all internal Company meetingso Site Specific Safety Plan & Site Specific Erection Plano Project hand-offkick-off with estimator, foremen, general superintendent & safetyo Weekly resource coordination meetingso Post Project review meetings• Communicate Project needs between General Contractor, Trade Partners & Office• Participate in monthly Work In Progress meetings• Responsibility for project contractual and financial requirementso Manage work to achieve profitability goals of the project and the companyo Participate in all external project meetings as requiredo Change order pricing and processingo Schedule coordinationo QAQC reporting and requirementso Cost managemento Project billingso Project close-out• Make timely requests for project labor needs• Communicate changing project requirements (scopeschedule) with superintendent and foreman• Other duties as requiredRequired Skills• High school diploma or equivalento Degree in Construction Management or relevant experience preferred• Valid driver's license• Commitment to safety and an injury free workplace• Strong organizational and communication skills• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment• Customer oriented and focused on team success• Computer skills - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Bluebeam• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
