Responsibilities:Our client is seeking an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer who is eager to contribute to projects that drive the core operations of our clients' businesses. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge industrial and commercial facility projects.Key responsibilities include:Managing schedules and ensuring the technical quality of complex engineering tasks while developing a strong understanding of client expectations, scope, budget, and timelines.Providing on-site support during project startup, coordinating activities with team members and discipline leads.Designing electrical circuits and control panels, developing control systems for various processes, and optimizing all aspects of process control, instrumentation, and automation.Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary, interactive team to develop innovative solutions.Engaging in expert mentorship opportunities to enhance your professional growth.Qualifications:Required:Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.Minimum of three years of experience in Instrumentation and Controls engineering.Working knowledge of PLC, DCS, and other control system applications.Preferred:Experience in semiconductor fabrication facilities.Experience reviewing vendor submittal packages for compliance with client requirements and specifications.Field experience working with subcontractors and construction personnel.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Navisworks software.Familiarity with Siemens PLC systems.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.Ability to adapt quickly and expand technical knowledge.Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in multi-disciplinary teams.Enthusiasm for buildings, construction, and engineering excellence.If you're ready to take on impactful projects and grow your career in a dynamic, supportive environment, we encourage you to apply!
