Job Title: Sales Account ManagerLocation: Fremont, CACompensation: $125,000 - $150,000 per yearAdditional Compensation: CommissionsWork Site: Travel to Clients in San Fran & Bay AreaTravel: Some international travel to global officesWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our client's team in Fremont, CA. This role involves managing a key global account in the tech industry, like major hyperscalers (cloud computing and data management services that are provided on a massive scale). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, specifically within the high-tech sector, and will be adept at building and maintaining strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Manage and lead the relationship with a major hyperscaler client, serving as the primary point of contact.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand service offerings.Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Account Manager, with a focus on high-tech companies.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong understanding of project management principles.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Willingness to travel as needed, including occasional international travel.Preferred Technical Skills:Experience with Motorola (MOTOTRBO) radio systems is very desirable.Knowledge of dispatch consoles, repeaters, handheld and mobile radios, antenna systems, trunked systems, VOIP, multiplexers, and combiners.Basic knowledge of DC voltage systems and hand tools.Strong computer skills (QBO, TSheets, Microsoft Office, Asana, Google Workspace).Benefits:Competitive base salary of $125,000 - $150,000, with performance-based prehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan with company match.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Flexible work environment and supportive team culture.
