Job SummaryDue to growth, Headwaters Construction Company is looking for an honest and personable Senior Preconstruction Manager Estimator to join our Rexburg, ID Office. Interested individuals should be able to provide preconstruction services for our clients through estimating, preliminary scheduling, value engineering, and constructability reviews.
