Job SummaryDue to growth, Headwaters Construction Company is looking for an honest and personable Senior Preconstruction Manager Estimator to join our Rexburg, ID Office. Interested individuals should be able to provide preconstruction services for our clients through estimating, preliminary scheduling, value engineering, and constructability reviews. Headwaters Construction Company is a Construction Manager and General Contractor, and we do not self- perform any specific trade work.
