About the Company - Adecco RPO is searching for an On-Site Recruitment Coordinator supporting our client based in Jeffersonville, OH. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day guidance and success of the account, which consists of:Involvement and execution of partnership processes, partnerships, and hiring eventsGeneral recruitment funnel activities such as sourcing, screening, and assisting candidates during pre-board, onboard, and post-startWorking Monday - Friday, standard business hours, with occasional overtime. Annual pay increases based on tenure, performance, and length of client contract. Full benefits beginning on the 1st of the month following 30-days of employment.
