About the Company - Adecco RPO is searching for an On-Site Recruitment Coordinator supporting our client based in Jeffersonville, OH. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day guidance and success of the account, which consists of:Involvement and execution of partnership processes, partnerships, and hiring eventsGeneral recruitment funnel activities such as sourcing, screening, and assisting candidates during pre-board, onboard, and post-startWorking Monday - Friday, standard business hours, with occasional overtime. Daily execution of interview sessions and informational sessions for interested candidates will be requiredOccasional Saturday work will be requiredPay range and compensation package - A base pay of up to $23hr. based on experience, paid weekly via pay card or direct deposit. Annual pay increases based on tenure, performance, and length of client contract. Full benefits beginning on the 1st of the month following 30-days of employment.
