Lead Automation Engineer

My client is currently looking for an experienced Lead Automation Engineer with a background in Pharma.DescriptionLead the design, development, and implementation of DeltaV DCS systems for pharmaceutical processes.Manage system configuration, testing, and validation to meet regulatory and operational requirements.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including process engineers, validation specialists, and IT.Troubleshoot automation issues and provide technical support to ensure smooth operations.Ensure compliance with GMP, GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11, and other industry standards.Support FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities.Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers.Requirements5+ years of experience in automation engineering within pharmaceutical or biotech industries.Strong expertise in Emerson DeltaV (configuration, batch, and control strategies).Experience with GMP, GAMP5, and validation protocols.Ability to manage and lead projects, including stakeholder communication.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Looking forward to speaking with you!
