Job Title: Assembler (Cleanroom)Type: Permanent, 100% on-site, full time, day shiftSalary: $22.00hourQualifications:Previous assembling experienceAbility to read and understand technical documents, mechanical drawings, blueprints, and bill of material (BoMs)Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordinationAttention to detail and accuracy in workAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication skillsListens to direction and obtains clarificationAbility to write clearly and informatively to ensure accurate records, including batch and lot numbersAble to understand assembly drawings, blueprints and bill of materials (BoMs)Keen eye for detail, and manual dexterityPhysical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods, and regularly lift andor move up to 10 pounds frequently lift andor move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift andor move up to 40 poundsResponsibilitiesThe Clean Room Assembler is responsible for assembling products and measuring parts according to specifications, blueprints, mechanical drawings, or work instructionsThe Clean Room Assembler works in an ISO regulated clean room environment while wearing PPE including, scrubs, bunny suit, mask, protective eyewear, gloves, shoe covers, and similarMaintain a sterile environment by garbing, cleaning, and performing job duties according to the CGMP guidelines for cleanroom proceduresMeasure, cut, position, and align tubing and small components for assemblyUse hand tools including cable guns, tubing spreader, bag sealers, tubing cutter and other equipment to assemble parts accurately and efficientlyRead and interpret technical documents, such as diagrams, assembly drawings, blueprints, work instructions to identify product specificationsDetermine sequence of assemblyAssemble products or components according to company standards and requirementsComplete required forms associated with each lotbatchInspect and clean components and finished assembliesReport any issues, defects, or malfunctions to the supervisorMeet daily production targets and maintain a high level of productivityFollow safety procedures and company policiesCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet production goalsPerform other duties as assignedAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
