The ClientMy client is a market leading hedge fund that offers alternative and long-only strategies across emerging markets asset classes, specialising in Fixed Income, FX, Futures & Options, CDS and Private Credit.They are looking for an Operations Analyst to be based in Stamford, Connecticut.What You'll GetAn opportunity to work in a highly exciting and successful hedge fund.An opportunity to join a strong team with a very high talent density presenting lots of opportunity for learning and credible career progression opportunities with potential access to all areas of the business.A market leading compensation package including basic salary and annual bonus.Benefits including a 401K contribution, private healthcare, dental care, eye care, life assurance and 25 days annual leave.What You'll DoTrade matching & confirmations for multiple asset classes.Trade management, breaks and reconciliations with Prime brokers, Custodians and Administrators for Fixed Income, FX, Options, Futures, CDS and Private Credit.Monitoring, recalculating and processing margin calls.Corporate action oversight, election processing and bookings.Assist deal team and investor relations in tracking performance on a deal-by-deal basis.Booking investor activity in GenevaBloomberg AIM.Assisting with daily performance and pricing for internal and external reporting.What You'll Need3+ years experience in a relevant trading operations role and an understanding of the full trade life cycle is essential.Experience of trade management, matching, reconciliations, settlements, and corporate actions is essential.Fixed Income Credit (pubic or private) business knowledge is essential.To be detail-oriented with a strong willingness to learn and work within a team.The ability to work in a dynamic environment with demands that are not always predictable.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Fluency in Spanish is highly beneficial.
