We offer an exciting start-up environment at the interface of R&D, machine learning-aided product design, manufacturing, and rapid market implementation.Job Role - Who We WantThintronics is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic research associate to join our manufacturing team. This role focuses on designing and executing experiments on manufacturing equipment (material handling, coating and converting line), and characterization at every stage of the processing. In this position, you will work closely with R&D to deepen our understanding of the core Thintronics technology and develop the manufacturing process of our products. As part of a start-up team, you will wear many hats. We are looking for someone with a "can-do" attitude, who is excited about the opportunity to develop a broad range of practical skills and is enthusiastic about their own exploration.
