Senior Technical Project Manager

JustinBradley's client, a leading source of mortgage financing, is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for the performance of projects or a definable portion of a larger program in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures, and guidelines.Responsibilities:Lead the development of goals, guidelines, action steps, and timelines to ensure projects meet technical requirements.Contribute your advanced technical expertise to the project.Monitor and report on progress towards the project's timelines and goals.Refine goal, guidelines, action steps, and timelines for projects as needed. Oversee project execution, ensuring that all aspects are in line with the scope, budget, and timeline.Provide clear guidance and direction to project teams on tasks and deliverables.Develop and implement detailed project plans to track progress and keep stakeholders informed. Coordinate internal resources and third partiesvendors for the flawless execution of projects. Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.Report and escalate issues to management as needed.Establish and maintain relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
