Get more details below.Worksite Location: Avon, MNCompensation: $21.00-$24.00 per hourWhat you'll do as the Accounts Payable Associate:Process invoices and expenses for an increasing volume of business by scanning and routing invoices to be coded and approvedCollaborate with vendors and business partners to obtain purchase orders and other information needed to resolve internal and external invoice and payment issues in a timely mannerMonitor and reconcile monthly statementsRequest missing invoices and processes to ensure payments are made on timeReview monthly employee expense reports in Chrome River and apply the Subsistence and Travel Policy to each reportSupport concur expense reporting system and troubleshoot any issues that arise within the systemCollaborate with team members to refine configurationsResearch and utilize invoices and payments to understand a vendor's complete history and profileMaintain AP files including vendor files and record monthly credit card expensesEnsure proper backup is stored and retained for reconciliation and audit requestsWhat you'll bring to the Accounts Payable Associate role: High school degree or GED2+ years of experience with accounting, accounts payable, taxes, data entry, administrative experience, or other related experience Experience with JD Edwards and Oracle preferredPositive attitude and excellent customer service skillsEffective oral and written communication skills and active listening skillsWell organized and detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracyAnalytically minded with strong mathematical and financial skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word) and data entry (10-key)Demonstrated ability to display a high level of professionalism when dealing with confidential informationAs an equal-opportunity employer, Dahl Consulting welcomes candidates of all backgrounds and experiences to apply.
