Position PurposeThis team member blends a love of people with an affinity for details. The Client Services Associate works closely with the other Client Service team members to provide a top-notch experience to current and prospective clients of the firm. As basic tasks are mastered, additional tasksresponsibilities may be assigned. This position works under the supervision of the Client Services Manager and side-by-side with the Client Services Associate + Technology Implementation Specialist. All team members at Rademacher Financial have the potential for unlimited growth within the firm as tasks are mastered.Client Service:· Learn the firms' processes from the ground up.· Function as a member of the Client Service Team to give our clients an exceptional experience:o Assist with incoming callsgreeting clients and outgoing correspondence as needed.o Prepare outgoing correspondence and life event greeting cards.o Prepare new business forms, open client accounts, and track account transfers.o Scan and send new businessservice forms to be processed.o Track andor assist with billing outside 401(k) account, annuity values, and retainer agreements each month.o Assist clients with RJFS Client Access set-up and management.o Assist clients with requests and questions including money movementdistributions.o Attend client events to allow you to get to know those we serve.o Assist clients with other needs they may have.· Become well-versed in the details required to keep our clients' data up to date:o Maintain client information in CRM database and Custodial database(s).o Maintain client documents in storage database.· Become a specialist in Client Onboarding.o Take the lead on introducing prospective clients to our firm.o Coordinate onboarding tasks alongside the Client Service Associate + Technology Implementation Specialist.o Monitor their progress and ensure that all pieces of the onboarding process are completed"”working closely with the team to utilize and maximize technology to make this happen. Office Operations:· Be the eagle-eye regarding operational details"”ensuring daily systems are functioning efficiently and smoothly.o Maintain conference room set up and breakdown for meetings.o Assist with maintaining an adequate level of office supplies. o Receive & distribute incoming mail. Create and send US Postal Service and UPS packages (as needed).· Become a "˜calendar master' for the firm:o Oversee, monitor, and coordinate various team member calendars to ensure a smooth-running schedule.o Coordinate client appointment schedulingrescheduling, confirmation, and preliminary preparation.Office Management Team:· Serve as a backup for other Client Service Team members.· Assist with design of new processes as needed and improve existing.· Work with management team in the oversighttrainingintegration of new team membersFinancial Advisorssatellite offices.· Work with management team to ensure Procedures Manual is up to date.· Participate in annual Business Plan development for firm.Growth Opportunities:· Dependent on experience and interests, develop annual goals for growth of knowledge.To Apply: Please send a Resume and Cover Letter describing your skills and how you would like to grow in the role to .
