Responsibilities:Conduct legal research and gather relevant case law, statutes, and regulations.Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and anize and maintain case files, legal correspondence, and evidence.Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including preparing exhibits and witness lists.File legal documents with courts and agencies as municate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information.Summarize depositions, interrogatories, and other legal documents.Ensure compliance with legal procedures, rules, and deadlines.Required Skills:Associate or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field.Preferred Paralegal certification (preferred but not always required).Strong understanding of legal terminology, research methods, and court procedures.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in legal research databases and document management software.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with high efficiency.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Prior experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or government agency (preferred).
