Swoon is hiring for our Global Manufacturing Client in Mossville, IL and this will be a hybrid role with 3x onsite a week required.This will be a 12-month contract opportunity with Benefits - Health, Dental & Vision (50% of premium covered for contractor).About the Team:Join a dynamic team focused on leading sourcing projects and managing suppliers. Our team collaborates with customers on high-impact projects and ensures the smooth operation of the supply chain for critical components.Job Summary:This role involves planning, supplier management, and ensuring timely procurement of parts. If a supplier cannot meet demands, you will be responsible for identifying alternative sources to maintain project timelines.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute new sourcing projects.Manage supplier relationships and resolve supply chain issues.Identify alternative suppliers when primary vendors face delays.Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans.Facilitate meetings and coordinate with internal stakeholders.Prepare presentations and reports using PowerPoint (PPT) and MS municate project goals effectively and align teams for execution.If interested in more details, please apply!
