If you're an experienced Industrial Electrician with expertise in troubleshooting, maintenance, and electrical systems, we have the perfect opportunity for you. Here, innovation meets precision, and we're looking for a talented individual to ensure our machines and systems run smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshooting & Repairs: Work your magic on motor control circuits, low-voltage circuits, and three-phase motor circuits up to 480 volts. System Installations: Install and maintain motors, light control circuits, and other electrical equipment"”making sure everything runs like clockwork. PLC Expertise: Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)"”uploaddownload programs, troubleshoot discrete ladder logic, timers, and more. Robot Support: Troubleshoot and support Fanuc robots and replacerepair variable speed drives, temperature controllers, and other critical components. Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular PM on equipment to reduce downtime and keep production moving. Technical Proficiency: Use test equipment such as ammeters, voltmeters, and Megger meters to perform high-precision diagnostics and repairs. Electrical Systems Knowledge: Maintain and repair critical electrical systems, including motors, drives, starters, and control systems. Collaboration: Work closely with team members to install and maintain plant and process equipment.What You Bring to the TableEducation: High School Diploma or GED (Additional training in industrial maintenance or related fields preferred). Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an industrial electrician or multi-craft technician. Electrical Skills: Expertise in three-phase electrical circuits, motor controls, PLCs, and variable frequency drives. Certifications: Required certifications include Aerial Lift, Confined Spaces, Crane, Fall Protection, Forklift, Lock-outTag-out, and Hot Work. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with RSLogix 500, RSLogix 5000 programming and HMI programs (AB Panelview, AB Panelview Plus). Physical Abilities: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet other physical job requirements.Schedule & Shift RequirementsTraining: 1st shift (7a-3p) for 90 days.
