Location: Albany, NY - Hybrid - 50% Onsite required - Staff will report to assigned on-site, work location a minimum of 5 days every 2 weeks - 40 hour work week Job Duties: Design and develop scalable web applications using MS Dynamics and MS PowerPages.Implement user registration and renewal systems, ensuring a seamless and secure user experience.Build features for document upload and management, integrating with backend systems for quarterly reporting.Build dashboards using MS PowerBICollaborate with project managers and other developers to ensure consistency and implement project specifications efficiently.Maintain and enhance the system for optimal performance and scalability.Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.A minimum of 5 years of related experience.An equivalent combination of advanced education, training, and experience will be considered.Proven experience as a full stack developer or similar role.Strong proficiency in MS Dynamics , MS PowerPages and MS PowerBI.Experience with front-end and back-end development technologies.Knowledge of database systems, architecture, and data integration tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS) and related technologies.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Previous work in systems supporting regulatory compliance and documentation.
