QA Automation Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven QA Engineer to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for driving quality initiatives within our product development process, especially in building automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing, with expertise in automation, and a solid understanding of API testing. The role involves both manual and automated testing across mobile, backend, and frontend environments, with the goal of building out a comprehensive enterprise-level testing strategy.While this is an individual contributor role performing manual testing, you will have the opportunity to implement automation testing and set up the automation testing framework at the enterprise level!The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing, with expertise in automation, and a solid understanding of API testing. The role involves both manual and automated testing across mobile, backend, and frontend environments, with the goal of building out a comprehensive enterprise-level testing strategy.Responsibilities:Manual & Automation Testing: Perform thorough manual testing and help build out automation frameworks for future testing efforts.API Testing & Certification: Help integrate API testing into the testing process, working with internal teams and third-party software providers on API certifications.Test Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of automated enterprise-level testing processes. Transition existing manual tests to automated ones.Cross-Functional Interaction: Comfortable working in a customer-facing capacity occasionally.Requirements:3-5 years of experience in QA Automation with both Selenium and PostmanStrong foundational knowledge of manual testingExpert knowledge on QA principles, including Jenkins, white-box & black-box testingExperience with API testingFamiliarity with white-box and black-box testing approachesKnowledgeable in scripting languagesComfortable testing with a range of technologies, including React, PHP, C#, Kotlin, and Mobile TestingPreferred Qualifications:JMeter experience strongly preferredPython automation for AI is a big plus!If you are a passionate QA Engineer looking to make a big impact in an evolving team and are comfortable with both manual and automation testing, we would love to hear from you.
