Collaborating with a dynamic team, you embark on a journey to create innovative solutions for community engineering projects. In the afternoon, you meet with clients, acting as their advocate and building strong relationships. As a mentor, you guide and nurture the growth of EITs and designers.Your day-to-day activities may include:Prepare and oversee revisions of original drawings and revisions of transportation, municipal, private and industrial civil engineering projects using Microstation, InRoads, and AutoCAD software.Work to ensure that projects are kept within budget, scope, and timelineMarket potential and existing clientsKeep the client happy through regular communication and ensure that projects are kept within budget, scope and timeline.Mentor engineers, E.I.T.'s and designers within the groupPrepare technical reportsAttend and sometimes conduct staff meetings as required.How to SucceedTo excel as a Transportation Design Engineer at Sunrise Engineering, leverage expertise and passion for innovation and problem-solving.
