Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Post Ranch Inn in Big Sur, CA. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service operations, overseeing hiring processes, maintaining clear communication with staff and guests, and managing food & beverage services on a day-to-day basis.
