Check out some of our projects at DescriptionThis is a full-time (32-40 hours) on-site* role located in Holland, MI for a Financial Administrator at Schippers Construction. The Financial Administrator provides oversight of accounting processes including bills, invoices and bank transactions; managing vendor and trade partner files for all businesses associated with Schippers Construction; preparing and analyzing financial reports for the executive team. *We value a team mentality and find that our office space allows for important collaboration; however, we also strive for flexibility for our employees so they can positively impact the community and their families.QualificationsProficiency in QuickBooks and MS OfficeStrong in problem solving and working independentlyKnowledge of financial regulations and proceduresExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field5+ years of bookkeeping (or related) experience required
