Quality Control Supervisor

Currently seeking a Quality Control Supervisor for a motivated and hands-on Quality Control Supervisor. Great "next step" for a Senior Quality Tech or QC Lead.Quality Control Supervisor Tasks:Lead, mentor, and supervise the Quality Control (QC) team.Act as the primary QC representative in communications with customerssuppliers.Collaborate with productionoperations teams to enhance product qualityresolve any issues.Develop, implement, and update quality control proceduresdocumentation.Drive cost-saving initiatives both within the company and across the supply chain.Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term solutions to quality issues.Managemaintain quality systems, ensuring compliance with regulatoryindustry standards.Provide trainingguidance to QC team members on testing proceduresQC tools.Support overall business goals with tactical action plans related to quality control.Work closely with the Regulatory and Compliance Management teams to ensure adherence to all regulations.Quality Control Supervisor Profile:5-7 years of quality control experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.Background in processing manufacturing (food, chemical, or related.)Associate's degree or technical background in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related field. BS in Chemistry is a PLUS.Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in root cause analysis and corrective actions.Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
