If you love digging in on hard searches to get the right answer, please apply.ResponsibilitiesConduct residential title searches (subdivision and metes & bounds)Coordinate with typists to produce title insurance commitments to provide title insuranceServe as a resource for escrow teamsQualificationsLicensed title officer with the State of Utah preferred but not requiredAt least five years of title-searching experienceAbility to complete difficult metes and bounds residential searchesRequired SkillsExpertise with Net Deed PlotterHistory of doing various kinds of residential searchesExcellent attention to detailA burning desire to get the search right, not just donePay range and compensation packageThis role will start at a salary of $50k to $80k, depending on the level of experience. All title officers receive overtime pay (1.5 times) for any hours worked beyond 40 hours per week, regardless of whether they are salaried. We generally offer a year-end bonus based on performance, too.
