A Support Center Technician is a knowledgeable professional who provides technical assistance, troubleshooting, and support for refrigerationcontrols systems. This role involves working closely with clients, technicians, and internal teams to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and optimization of refrigerationcontrols equipment.As A Support Center Technician, You Will:Technical Support:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams seeking technical assistance related to refrigerationcontrols systems.Provide remote and on-site support to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with refrigeration equipment, including compressors, valves, controls, and refrigerant circuits.Collaborate with field technicians and engineers to guide them through complex technical challenges and ensure timely issue resolution.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of support requests, troubleshooting steps, and solutions provided.Generate detailed reports outlining system performance and recommendations for improvement.Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles and technical documentation to assist clients and internal teams in resolving common issues.Training and Education:Conduct training sessions for technicians and clients on refrigerationcontrols system operation.Develop training materials, presentations, and instructional resources to enhance understanding and skills among users.Required Education, Experience & Skills:3 years of experience in HVACR controls.2 years BAS, BMS, or Facility Controls experience.This position will require being on a on-call weekly rotationLegal work authorization in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this rolePreferred Education, Experience & Skills:Food Retail Case Controller experience.Previous Field or Contractor installation experience.Electrical Print and Communication Troubleshooting pensation:$25hr to $40hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave andor other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
