HR Coordinator **W2 Contract** ONSITE out of Bellevue, WA or Ridgefield Park, NJ** Target W2 $24hrThe position will be responsible for providing operational support to our HR Generalist and HR Business Partner teams. Duties will include operational management of activities across all verticals of core HR functions.RESPONSIBILITIESAssists HRBPG Team with various HR inquiries across the enterprise including though not limited to; rhythm of the business (day to day tasks), people processes, general questions, employee separations and internal offer processingMaintains, oversees and supports HRG Team Shared Inbox HRIS accuracy and completeness by utilizing Workday and performing functions such as change jobs, supervisory orgs and cost centers changesProcesses various Workday business processes (for example reorganizations, cost center revisions and direct contractor HRIS management)Provides various support across the HRBPG team throughout Cyclical People ProcessesCollects data and provides reporting from multiple sources related to HR People Metrics on an as need basisOther ad-hoc projects as requestedTop Skills:Workday experience required (minimum of 1 year of visible experience)Basic excel skills (pivot tables a plus!)Used to a high volume and fast paced environmentData-driven, Strong excel skills (v-lookup, pivot tables, formulas)General HR Administration & Customer Focused experienceSKILLS1-2+ years relevant experience working within HR related technologies with a clear functional understanding of core HR business practices, processes, and terminology across all core facets of HRManages time effectively and adapts easily to shifting prioritiesQuick learner and at the same time has a passion for learningDetail-oriented, organized, good projecttime management and problem solving mindsetAbility to communicate effectively in person and remotelyExceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality resultsExceptional interpersonal, teamwork skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels within an organizationOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated with demonstrated ability to respond quickly to client requests and foster professional business relationshipsInnovative self-starter with passion for excellenceAble to thrive in high volume, fast paced environmentMaintains high levels of confidentiality with projects and informationTechnical skills useful for the job:Experience in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookExperience with HRIS tools, Workday experience is required
