Adams & Martin Group is working with a well-established Irvine law firm has an immediate opening for a skilled Estate Planning Legal SecretaryParalegal to support a team of three attorneys. This is a 100% in-office position with no remote work available.Key Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of estate planning experience.Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Professional and courteous client communication skills.Willingness to obtain a Notary Public license.Primary Responsibilities:Drafting, editing, and sending correspondence.Assembling and preparing signing packages for clients.Editing trust documents and coordinating client signatures.Managing scheduling and calendaring for attorneys.Pulling property title reports.Sending documents via municating with clients to gather personal and legal information.Drafting deeds and ancillary estate planning documents.Utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe for document pensation & Benefits:Full-time position with competitive salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year.Opportunity to work in a collaborative, professional environment.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
