Diversified Spec Sales Inc. is a Manufacturers Representative with offices in both Metro Detroit, Grand Rapids and Cleveland area. We have been around since 1963 and are looking for new team members to join our growing location in Grand Rapids.The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. Enjoys working with partners, generating interest, and qualifying prospects.  ResponsibilitiesSource new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and emailsProspect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead informationIdentify customer's buying trendsEnter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunitiesWork with customers to help solve problems that may occurAnswer inbound emails and callsQualifications1+ year of customer service experience1+ year of sales experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workFounded in 1963, Diversified Spec.
